Job summary

An Inventory Keeper is responsible for managing and monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and movement of goods within a warehouse, store, or organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor material inflow and outflow using FIFO/LIFO methods.

• Ensure proper storage and tracking of stock conditions, including good, damaged, returned, or expired materials.

• Oversee timely dispatch of factory and outlet orders with proper documentation and accuracy.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.

• Maintain records of invoices, receipts, stock movement, and dispatch logs.

• Manage petty cash and vendor/supplier payment settlements when required.

• Coordinate with internal departments and report daily stock and dispatch status to management.

• Stock Reconciliation of Factory and Outlets (own as well as Franchise Outlets)
